Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended so we can prepare for your visit. Walk-ins are accepted for non-DOT drug testing. Call ahead for other services or specific scheduling needs.

What should I bring?

Bring a valid driver’s license or state ID, plus any employer authorization or testing instructions. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early, and confirm payment arrangements before testing.

Can you test at our workplace?

Yes. Mobile onsite testing is available for one person or a group, with no minimum headcount. Tell us your location and number of people when scheduling. Mobile fees apply; coverage and availability are confirmed by the office.

Can my company open an account?

Yes. Employer accounts can include testing coordination, random selections, and authorized result delivery. Ask our team about account setup, volume pricing, and monthly invoicing options.
